Admission Requirements

1. Original High School Card or Original Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal for transferee with a General Average of 85% or its equivalent.
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. 6 pcs. 1"x1" colored I.D pictures
4. Pass the College Entrance Examination (CEE) and Interview
5. Pass the medical examination as certified by any government physician
6. No body Tattoo nor Earings
